Weather & Setup Information

Please note that this experience is weather dependent. If opting to add our Bell Tent, setup cannot take place in rain (light drizzle is acceptable) as wet ground and soft grass can cause damage. If the forecast is rain on the day, we will work with you to reschedule with a minimum of 3 days’ notice, or happily relocate your setup indoors instead.

For events continuing into the evening, items can be collected before 6pm or the following day. All items must be securely stored overnight, and remain the responsibility of the hirer for the duration of the hire period.

Please Note: The package includes full setup and pack-down by our team. Travel fees may apply based on location.
